The main services are:

Technical Assistance

Through our broad products and process lines we have accumulated a unique expertise allowing us to address challenging issues and providing our customers with an efficient technical assistance related to any process steps. This troubleshooting service allows to quickly fix any problem.

Maintenance Contract

ASAP department offers maintenance contracts, a cost-effective service during the operation of the systems delivered.

Training

Optimum performances are achieved with well-trained operators in the various purification or separation processes. ASAP department is providing tailor-made training programs.

This customized training addresses in details the specific issues related to the equipments installed.

Resin Analysis

ASAP, in collaboration with Applexion® laboratories, carries on detailed resin analyses.

The regular monitoring of the resin properties (optical aspect, capacity, fouling index, ...) is a key element for anticipating any discrepancies with the process parameters.

The results recommend the corrective actions to be taken or to budget for any topping up or replacement.

Membrane Expertise

The close follow-up of membranes performances is a must for achieving optimum results since they are usually integrated with other process lines.

Consumable Products

We have selected and experienced a wide range of products for our process lines; ASAP department supplies them worldwide. Associating a maintenance contract is a cost-effective answer for prompt deliveries of top quality products.

The main consumable products are:

• resins: Applexion® XA resins have been subject to laboratory, pilot plant evaluation; they have been selected from reputed suppliers. A precise knowledge of their industrial performances permits to offer the most adapted grade to each application.
• membranes: the approach is similar to the XA resins; numerous references and long-term experience allow ASAP to offer the best selection.
• chemicals: in order to achieve smooth operation and a long product lifetime, regular cleanings are sometimes necessary with specific chemicals. Our technical department has determined the best operating conditions and products available from ASAP department.

Pilot Plants

We supply our customers with a large scope of pilot plants (chromatography, ion-exchange, adsorption, membrane, evaporation and crystallization) throughout the world. Pilot plants can be specifically designed for a precise application. We can also use the Applexion® pilot units available for any process feasibility study.

Spare parts

ASAP department also supplies Applexion® equipment and selected spare parts which have been subject to in-depth evaluation by our technical experts. They are perfectly adapted to the process steps and meet any international standards.

The principal spare parts consist of:
