Our new Prochrom®-Bio manual columns result from Novasep’s 25 years of experience in developing, supplying and operating downstream processes using preparative and process-scale high performance and low pressure chromatography columns.

Our new Prochrom®-Bio biochromatography columns are based on a piston equipped with an inflatable gasket which ensures both easy assembly and tightness.

Their unique design enables operator-friendly, manual bed length adjustments and maintenance, at a very attractive price, with Novasep’s process expertise and customer support!

Prochrom®-Bio Manual Columns Standard Product Line

Prochrom®-Bio manual columns are available with internal diameters ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm with adjustable column length as a standard feature, for operation at up to 5 bars.

Coupling with our unique Packing and Unpacking Stations, you will get your column ready within less than 20 minutes, whatever the gel.
