Cyclopropanation

Thanks to the production of the two carbene precursors ethyl diazoacetate (EDA) and diazomethane (DAM), we can produce functionalized cyclopropanes at very large scale (multi-ton capacity) in high yield.

Metal-catalysed carbenoid cyclopropanation reaction via diazo compounds enables rapid, scalable and cost-effective synthesis of cyclopropane derivatives in both racemic and asymmetric versions.
