Upstream Processing - Batch Mode

A production process solution for your biologics production!

Process in batch is a process in which cells are grown within a bioreactor at a fixed volume of nutrient culture medium under specific environmental conditions (temperature, aeration…) up to a defined density. No nutrient supply for growth or production is provided during such a process.

We operate multiple bioreactors, with the following working volumes: 10-L, 20-L, 80-L and 250-L (stainless steel) and 50-L and 1000-L (disposable).
