Webinar

Reduce Cost Of Mabs Using BioSC

Duration:

19 minutes.

Abstract:

This webinar is a case study of how BioSC™ multicolumn technology reduces cost of monoclonal antibody downstream processing. We will focus on the BioSC™ continuous chromatography system integrated with BioSC™ Predict software which helps develop and optimize multicolumn capture step.

Then we will share with you product quality results from the multicolumn process and compare with batch processing.

Finally, we will present you a commercial manufacturing scale-up scenario of the protein A capture step along with process intensification. Process intensification is being able to combine multiple chromatography steps into one system. By doing this it can even further reduce time and cost of downstream processing.

Speaker:

Alpesh Patel, Application specialist, Novasep Boothwyn, PA, US.
